Everton have officially announced a change of ownership. Let`s remember that in September the club by soccer goals video announced that Dan Friedkin`s consortium, which also owns Roma, bought a controlling stake from Farhad Moshiri`s Blue Heaven Holdings. The Friedkin Group acquired 94. 1% of Everton shares.
Everton today announced that it has completed the sale of its shares to Roundhouse Capital Holdings Limited, a member of the Friedkin Group. The transaction has received the necessary regulatory approvals from the Premier League, the FA and the Financial Conduct Authority.
The Friedkin Group chairman and chief executive Dan Friedkin has been nominated to take over as chairman of Everton.
